The Aver Electronic Documents and Signature Terms, Conditions and Consent agreement (also known as E-Sign Consent) allows us to engage with you using electronic means.
As Aver Money is currently only offered in a digital environment all signatures will be collected electronically, therefore if you refuse to agree to the E-Sign Consent you will be unable to open an account.
