We use Plaid, Inc. (“Plaid”) to connect your other accounts to your Aver Money account. If you can’t find your financial institution in the list and it doesn’t come up when you perform a search, it may not be part of Plaid’s network. If your financial institution is listed but you encounter an error when trying to connect it, it could be due to a compatibility issue or problem with the connection process.
At this time, we don’t offer other ways to link external accounts. However, if your financial institution supports ACH, you may be able to initiate a transfer to your Aver Money account through their platform.
You'll need to provide them with your Aver Money routing and account number, which can be found in the Aver: Mobile Banking app.
After logging into the app, select the “More” button from the Home page then choose “Account details” to display your Aver Money account and routing number.
