You can report your card lost or stolen in the Aver: Mobile Banking app.
Simply log in, then select the card icon in the upper right corner of your screen which will take you to the Manage Card screen. From the Manage Card screen select the “Replace” icon where you will then be directed to tell us why you would like your card replaced.
Please confirm your address before completing your request as once you report your card lost/stolen, your card will be deactivated immediately, and a new card will be issued and mailed to the account address on file.
Be sure to review your transaction history to check for any unauthorized transactions. If you have transactions you don’t recognize, please contact Aver Money Customer Support right away at 1-888-491-0950 to report these transactions.
