You can report your card as damaged in the Aver: Mobile Banking app. Simply log in then select the card icon in the upper right corner of your screen which will take you to the “Manage Card” screen. From the “Manage Card” screen select the “Replace” icon where you will then be directed to tell us why you would like your card replaced (e.g., it’s damaged).
Please confirm your address before completing your request as your replacement card will be issued and mailed to the address on file.
You’ll receive your card in the mail in 7-10 business days. In the meantime, you can continue using your current card until you receive and activate your new card.
